Week by week
Six live classes. Five weeks of hands-on learning, then your certification.
Skin care for your age and skin type, how to prep your skin, foundation formulas, matching your shade, and color correcting. Bring the makeup you already own and Riya will go through it with you.
Concealer, contour, blush and highlighter. A crease-proof, long-lasting base, a powder routine for your skin (mature skin included), and setting sprays.
Full wing, half wing, inner-corner wing, smoked-out cat eye and smoky liner. Your eyebrow routine, applying lashes, and an intro to liquid eyeshadows.
Smoky eye and halo eye, plus a bonus soft, no-makeup look that works beautifully on mature or hooded eyes. Learn which lipstick goes with each look.
Half and full cut crease, glitter, and different eyeshadow formulas. Colorful and neutral palettes, and how to use the ones you already own. Plus lipstick pairing.
A one-on-one test with Riya. You book your own time, she picks a look on the spot, and you get personal feedback, plus an open Q&A.
After each class from week 2 on, you practice and share photos in your class Instagram group, so you come back with real questions.
Beginners, working artists and pros all join. You hear each other's questions and learn more than you would one-on-one, while Riya still gives you detailed attention. Groups never go over 5, and many students leave as close friends.
No need to buy new makeup before class. You'll need a brush set by week 2, and Riya shares the one she recommends (with her discount code) after you sign up.
